LeoVince SBK Factory S, Schalldämpfer im TitanlookNeue Versionen aus der Factory-Baureihe: Die Variante 'Edelstahl'Der leicht kantige Edelstahl-Schalldämpferkörper, der aus AISI 304 besteht und im TIG-Schweißverfahren hergestellt ist, kommt in verschiedenen Längen je nach Motorrad-Modell.Diese fließende Linienführung erweckt einen massigen, aber auch gleichzeitig edlen Eindruck. Die Factory S passt perfekt zu allen Fahrzeugen, die nach einem außergewöhnlichen und dabei stilvollen Design verlangen.Ein Design- und auch Qualitätsmerkmal ist der aerodynamische Übergang vom Krümmer zum Topf. Hier wird der Schalldämpfer mit zwei speziellen Federn am Verbindungsrohr regelrecht verankert!Das Equivalent dazu befindet sich am hinteren Ende des Schalldämpfers: Hier nimmt das Design der Carbon-Endkappe diese Aerodynamik wieder auf.Der Auspuff selbst ist mittels einer Carbonschelle und eines Silentblockes vibrationssicher am Rahmen befestigt.Neu gestaltete LeoVince Logo:In der Edelstahlversion befindet es sich in einer Aussparung am hinteren Ende des Dämpfers. Es ist ein hochwertiger dunkler Laserdruck, der fast wie ein Tattoo wirkt.Grundsätzlich wurde bei der Entwicklung der Schalldämpfer und der Verbindungsrohre darauf geachtet, dass für jeden Motor eine spezielle Konstruktion sowohl das Drehmoment als auch die Spitzenleistung verbessert.Ohne Zulassung
