Es enthält alle Elemente in Erstausrüsterqualität, die für eine komplette Überholung Ihrer Schwingenlager erforderlich sind.Hochbelastbare Axialnadellager bewältigen viel größere Radial- und Axiallasten und bieten im Gegensatz zu billigeren Lösungen wie POM einen viel geringeren Reibungskoeffizienten zwischen Schwinge und Rahmen.PINSDie Stifte sind präzisionsgedreht, induktionsgehärtet und poliert, in Übereinstimmung mit den vom Fahrzeughersteller festgelegten Toleranzen. Das verwendete Material ist SAE52100 hochwertiger Lagerstahl, der auf über HRC60 gehärtet und die Laufbahn anschließend präzisionsgeschliffen wird.KUGELNDie Hülsen sind präzisionsgedreht, poliert, auf HRC48 gehärtet und anschließend verzinkt. Das verwendete Material ist der Standard SPCC-Stahl der Automobilindustrie.STAUBDICHTUNGENDie Staubdichtungen bestehen aus Nitril-Butadien-Kautschuk und werden streng nach den genauen OEM-Spezifikationen geformt.
