The cylinder kit includes cylinder, piston, a bigger air filter sleeve to increase the air flow and an ECU with wiring and map.

Für den exklusiven Rennsporteinsatz entwickelt und realisiert.Das neue Kit der Zylindereinheit aus Aluminium ist eine Evolution der gleichen Einheit aus Gusseisen. Um bereits hohen Leistungen weiter zu erhöhen, wurde für den Zylinder eine spezielle Aluminiumlegierung verwendet, die eine hohe Steifigkeit auch bei hohen Temperaturen, die sich bei intensiver Nutzung entwickeln, gewährleistet. Um einen hohen Zuverlässigkeitsgrad zu erreichen, wird die Laufbuchse mit einer Co-Beschichtung aus Nickel und Siliziumkarbid verkleidet, die sehr hohe Verschleißschutzeigenschaften garantiert. Der Kolben, mit neuem spezifi schen Design, wird aus Materialien gefertigt, die garantieren, sowohl ihre mechanischen als auch formspezifischen Eigenschaften auch unter hohen Temperaturen beizubehalten. Die besondere Geometrie hat den Erhalt eines besonders leichten Kolbens ermöglicht, was die Trägheitskräfte reduziert und es dem Motor damit ermöglicht sehr hohe Drehzahlbereiche zu erreichen.Die Chrombeschichtung des Kolbenrings aus Sphäroguss mit hoher Oberflächenveredelung ist ein Faktor der diese Zylinder-Einheit abrundet, in der Leistung und Zuverlässigkeit zusammenfließen.
