Technical improvements and racing development

The Polini FOR RACE 5 muffler range takes a decisive step forward. With the FOR RACE 5, Polini introduces major improvements across the entire muffler range, the result of continuous development, track experience and real race data.

The most significant upgrade concerns the outlet bend of the manifold, which has been completely redesigned from the cylinder outlet to the first cone of the expansion chamber. This new design optimizes exhaust gas flow, significantly improving engine responsiveness, mid-range torque and acceleration progression.

The new expansion geometry, increasingly inspired by Big Evolution concepts, is the result of telemetry analysis and data collected during Polini Italian Cup competitions on different tracks. The result is an even more high-performance, responsive and rideable exhaust system, capable of enhancing any racing setup.

The muffler is manufactured using sections with different dimensions and is entirely hand-welded, confirming Polini’s high level of craftsmanship.

The black silencer, updated in its mounting system and end caps, is made from a lightweight alloy with laser engraving. It features a straight-through internal core and is fully dismountable for easy replacement of the sound-deadening material.
