Ein Montagepaneel hinter dem Kühler führt flexible Schläuche, die das Öl zu einem einzigartigen, röhrenförmigen Kühlgitter aus drei Sätzen von jeweils drei kurzen Rohren zirkulieren, die so gestaltet sind, dass sie den Wärmeaustausch maximieren.Das Ölkühler-Kit von Twin Air enthält alles, was Sie benötigen: Wärmetauscher, Montagezubehör, Ölfilterdeckel, Schläuche, Klemmen und eine Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung.Der einzigartige röhrenförmige Wärmetauscher des Twin Air Ölkühlers kühlt das Öl, indem es durch die Rohre in einem 3-Kammer-Element geleitet wird. Für den maximalen Wärmeaustausch und die Aufrechterhaltung des optimalen Öldrucks haben wir uns für einen 6 mm ID-Gummischlauch entschieden. Unsere Tests mit einem Gummischlauch im Vergleich zu einem Edelstahlgeflechtschlauch zeigten, dass der Gummischlauch einen besseren Wärmeaustausch bot und den Motoröldruck aufrechterhielt. Der Twin Air Ölkühler wird hinter dem linken Kühler montiert und kommt mit allem notwendigen Montagematerial.
